脱時間給の対象は年収1075万円以上の専門職です。1000万円以上の給与所得がある人は全体の４％弱と言われ、この中にはもともと残業代の出ない取締役や管理監督職が多く含まれているので、直接的に影響が出る人の割合はさらに少ないとみられています。このような、所得的にはかなり恵まれており、自己裁量も高い特殊なケースの社員の働き方を、労働時間という概念で一括りにするのが実態に合うのかは疑問が残るところです。
